Established in 1985, Ausplex has built its reputation on one principle: engineering electronic systems that perform reliably even in the most demanding applications. We operate from our facility in Oakleigh, Victoria, and have spent close to four decades translating complex technical challenges into precise solutions.

Our foundation lies in the design and manufacture of custom electronic systems with embedded firmware, with early work spanning industrial control systems and other technically exacting applications. A Product Born from Engineering Excellence
In 2009, we directed that accumulated expertise toward a new product: the LightSwarm architectural model lighting system. Designing and manufacturing LightSwarm allowed us to unite rigorous electronics engineering with the precision and refinement that architectural model makers and property developers require.

In-House Manufacturing
Our production facilities include an automated surface mount electronics production line consisting of pick and place machinery, automatic stencil printer, and vapour phase soldering machines. We also have mechanical fabrication equipment including CNC milling and routing, a centre lathe and other supporting equipment.
